Online Entry – New for 2026
Online entry is now available via a simple web form for all regions; payment can be submitted online (online entry includes an additional $5 platform convenience fee). The following online forms will submit your DKV or Formblatt 1 test entry forms and your scanned attachments (Ahnentafel, rabies certificates, etc.) automatically to the test director and treasurer.
When submitting your entry documents you must provide:
For Derby, Solms, AZP or NAKP: DKV Online Entry Form
For VJP, HZP, BTR, VSwP 20/40 or VGP: Formblatt 1 Online Entry Form
Manual Entry
Manual entries are still accepted. You will need to fill out the appropriate entry form and provide the following information, which is emailed or mailed directly to the test director. Handwritten entries must be legible, or they will be returned by the test director.
For Derby, Solms, AZP or NAKP: ONE copy of the entry form (Nennung for DKV tests) AND ONE copy of both sides of the dog's Ahnentafel (pedigree, color copies are not necessary).
For VJP, HZP, BTR, VSwP 20/40 or VGP: TWO copies of the entry form (Formblatt 1 for JGHV tests) AND TWO copies of both sides of the dog's Ahnentafel (color copies are not necessary). TWO copies of all past score sheets. The NADKC club number for JGHV is 2233. Note: to enter a VSwP you dog must have been marked loud, documentation must be provided)
Your entry is not complete without the complete information. This is necessary since to make sure the paperwork for your dog will be completed for the test correctly.
Online payments for a manual entries can be made here (do not use this form to make payments for online entries, to avoid duplicate payments).
The NADKC policy regarding non-members participating in NADKC sponsored tests is as follows:
A member of any recognized JGHV club may submit an application with appropriate fees for any NADKC sponsored test. Test fees are the same for all participants. Non-Members may have to forfeit their reservation with full refund if an NADKC member applies for the same test, prior to 60 days of the test, and space is needed for the member. Within 60 days of the test members may not “bump” anyone from the test.
If a cancelation occurs after the twelfth week prior to the scheduled test date, no refund of fees should be expected. Refunds may be made at the discretion of the Regional Director (less PayPal or other bank transaction fees).
